Your role
Pick your team.
Volunteers are assigned to one of four teams. You can indicate a preference when you apply.
Registration
You’re the first face 1,000+ attendees see when they walk in. You set the tone — organised, warm, and calm under pressure.
Speaker & Jury Support
Work directly with the people on stage. Escort speakers, support jury members, and get access to conversations most attendees never have.
On-Site Support
The go-to person when attendees need directions, session info, or help finding their next meeting. You know the venue better than anyone.
Marketing & Media
You’re the storytellers of the event. Capture behind-the-scenes moments, and make the world feel the energy inside the venue.
Who should apply
No experience?
No problem.
No prior event experience required. We look for people who are reliable, switched-on, and genuinely curious about energy and climate tech.
We'll brief you fully before the summit so you're ready from day one.

2 - Review
We review every application and get back to you personally. We’re looking for reliability, curiosity, and genuine interest in the space.
3 - Confirm
If it’s a match, you’ll get your role assignment, briefing details, and everything you need to get ready.

Who can apply?
Anyone — but especially students and recent graduates with an interest in energy, sustainability, or climate tech.
Do I need event experience?
No. We'll brief you fully before the event. We're looking for people who are reliable, proactive, and genuinely curious about the industry.
Can I choose my role?
You can indicate a preference when you apply. Final assignments are confirmed closer to the event based on team needs and your profile.
Is travel or accommodation covered?
Travel and accommodation aren't covered. The programme includes full conference access, meals on both days, the official evening event, and a recommendation letter on completion.
