Mr. Takeshi KODAMA has proven track records in commercial real estate investment both in Japan and in the United States during the tenure at Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. He also has nine years business experience in corporate venture capital space while he led 31VENTURES, a Mitsui Fudosan’s corporate venture capital department, from April 2015 to March 2024. In March 2025, he joined JERA Co., Inc. and he leads its CVC unit as Head of JERA Ventures and Managing Partner. He is appointed as a director of Japan Venture Capital Association since 2025.
He gets listed on GCV Powerlist three times (2022, 2024, 2025) published by Global Corporate Venturing. He earned B.A in Politics from the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University.
