- Malaysia Digital Arrival Card – free online form, submitted within 3 days of arrival. Almost everyone needs it. → Complete your MDAC
- Passport valid 6+ months from your arrival date
- Return or onward ticket – confirmed, air, sea or bus
- Accommodation booking and proof of funds – you may be asked at the border
- Fingerprints at the checkpoint – biometric clearance is done on arrival, nothing to prepare
