Ravenna Chen is a cross-border strategy and technology ecosystem leader with more than a decade of experience in Southeast Asia. Her work focuses on international market expansion, strategic advisory, technology-driven industrial collaboration, and China–ASEAN innovation partnerships. As a strong advocate for regional technology and industrial cooperation, Ravenna has initiated and led multiple international platforms, including the China–ASEAN Technology Cooperation Forum, the RCEP Industrial Cooperation Summit, and the ASEAN Tech Summit. Through these platforms, she has continued to build high-level bridges among governments, capital markets, research institutions, technology enterprises, and industry leaders.
Under her leadership, Intrinsic SEA serves as the Southeast Asia strategic advisory and industrial collaboration arm of Intrinsic, which is headquartered in Canada. The platform supports companies with international strategy, market entry, industrial localisation, and cross-border resource integration. The broader Intrinsic ecosystem has invested in more than 100 hard-tech and innovation-driven companies across sectors including artificial intelligence, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, new energy, biotechnology, and advanced materials.
