Jill Tully is the Chief Investment Officer at Shell Ventures, where she focuses on investment strategy, portfolio performance, and capital deployment to drive strategic and financial value for Shell. Jill brings nearly two decades of experience across venture capital, strategy, portfolio management, and energy markets. She began her career as an International Trade Advisor with Enterprise Ireland, supporting clean technology startups, before moving into energy consulting at IHS CERA. She later held strategy, business development, and corporate venture capital roles at Equinor. Jill joined Shell Ventures in 2019 and has held senior investment and leadership roles across the organisation.
