Dynamic and results-oriented, Ahmad Redzuan is a seasoned executive with an impressive track record in the private equity industry. With two decades of hands-on experience, Ahmad Redzuan has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and a keen understanding of market trends. As the driving force behind VentureTECH, Ahmad Redzuan has successfully navigated complex financial landscapes, fostering growth, and delivering substantial outcomes for stakeholders.
Ahmad Redzuan started his career in 2003 by serving Malaysia’s largest fund management company, Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) for over 8 years before joining VentureTECH as Head of Investment. He then joined Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) to work on Special Projects under the Executive Director’s Office. In 2016, Ahmad Redzuan returned to VentureTECH to assume the role of Chief Investment Officer. His decision to return to VentureTECH was a testament to his unwavering faith in the organisation’s potential and his deep-seated commitment to its mission and values.
Ahmad Redzuan was promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2022 and subsequently promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2023. Under Ahmad Redzuan's leadership, VentureTECH has cultivated a reputation for excellence in deal execution, portfolio management, and operational optimization. This commitment to excellence has not only garnered the trust of stakeholders but has also positioned the company as the trusted investment partner for businesses seeking strategic guidance and growth capital.
Ahmad Redzuan completed his Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from The Financial and Securities Institute of Australia. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Computer Science with Information Systems from The University of Manchester. In addition, Ahmad Redzuan has enriched his expertise by completing specialized courses from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School in Disruptive Strategy and
Organizational Leadership and also from Imperial College Business School in Mergers and Acquisitions.
