Luck Saraya is Managing Director and Head of Venture Building at TOP Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Thai Oil Group, where he leads investments and new business creation across industrial technology, sustainability technology, and new energy. He founded TOP Ventures in 2018 and has since built it into a strategic CVC platform investing globally while incubating new ventures that extend and diversify Thai Oil’s portfolio.
With a career spanning investment management, business development, and process engineering at Thai Oil, Luck combines deep domain knowledge of the energy and industrial sectors with hands-on venture building experience—from startup collaborations to corporate-scale growth initiatives. He has also played a key role in connecting Thai corporates and universities to the broader innovation ecosystem.
Luck holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, grounding his venture work at the intersection of engineering, finance, and innovation.
